KKBOX has been long supported legitimate music and respect intellectual property. On our online music service website “KKBOX”, all the copyright of recordings have been authorized by Recording Companies who own the copyright, and all the copyrights of musical works(including lyrics and composers) have been authorized by Music Publishers, agents, copyright owners or relative society. However, as the scope of KKBOX Music Library is very large and there is no registration system, which means when the owner obtains or grants his/her copyrights no one will know it except the contracting parties, in practice it happened that the authorizer we paid for was not the real copyright owner. It also happened that two persons claimed as the real owner at the same time. As such, if you are the copyright owner but never contact us, please feel free to inform us via facsimile or e-mail. We will contact you as soon as we receive your written notice.
